分析了冷轧重卷机组生产中带钢表面容易出现的典型缺陷特征及其成因,提出了在机组设计和设备设计方面应该采取的多种针对性的优化措施。

The features and formation causes of typical strip surface defects of cold rolling recoiling line were analyzed. To prevent such steel strip surface defects in operation, corresponding optimization design solutions were proposed, and proved to be effective in practice.
