摘要
介绍了近几年我国新建中厚板轧机在厂房布置、设备间距、轧机能力、板凸度和板形控制、加速冷却及精整区装备方面的特点,分析指出目前我国新建中厚板轧机存在特厚板产能过剩、有些厂试生产时设备故障多、品种结构雷同、效益差等问题。
The characteristics about technology layout, mill performance, plate shape control ability, cooling and finishing equipment of new plate mill in China were introduced. Some existing problems, such as many equipment failure, same products and bad efficiency were pointed out and analyzed.
