介绍了一种基于板温、炉温串级调节的冷轧带钢连续退火炉燃烧控制系统,结合烧嘴管理、空燃比动态优化和双交叉限幅燃烧控制策略,该系统能够提供精确和高效的燃烧和带钢温度控制。
A combustion control system based on temperature cascade regulation of strip and furnace for continuous annealing furnace was introduced. Combined with burner management, optimized dynamic control for ratio of ar to fuel and burning control with dual-crisscross amplitude limit , this system can provide precise and efficacious control of combustion and strip temperature.
