客户因缴费后未及时开机的投诉一直居高不下。本文介绍了如何压缩用户缴费开机的处理时长,降低缴费类投诉。
The complaint about the delay on the restart of service after fee payment is still high with no indication of decrease. This paper introduces an approach to cut down the processing time for starting the service in order to lower the number of accociated compliant.
