摘要 通天河流域水能资源丰富,通过针对性地开展流域生态环境要素影响与修复专题研究,制定生态环境保护与修复措施,借鉴和发展在黄河上游流域水电开发建设、环境保护、水土保持、生态修复的成功经验,强化水电建设过程中的生态环境影响的过程控制,重视通天河流域生态环境的可持续发展,根据通天河的河流特点并结合电力市场、社会经济及环境等方面特点,对其进行开发,同时可为大电网进入玉树提供强力支撑。 There are rich water power resources in Tongtian River basin. The hydropower in Tiangtong River basin will be developed after conducting special scientific researches on ecological environment impact and restoration, developing measures for ecological environment protection and restoration, learning the experiences in hydropower development, environmental protection, soil and water conservation and ecological restoration in upstream basin of Yellow River, strengthening the process control for ecological environment protection impact in hydropower construction, paying special attentions to the sustainable development of ecological environment in Tongtian River basin, and basing on river characteristics and combining with electricity marketing, socio-economic and environmental characteristics. The hydropower development will also provide strong support to the power grid development in Yushu district.
