摘要
皂市水电站1号机组自投入运行之后,上导的摆度逐渐增大,甚至超出了二级报警值,急需查找振动的原因。以机组额定转速时上导、下导和水导各测点摆度的较大值为样本得到机组振动的征兆隶属度矩阵,采用已有的专家打分法得到模糊关系矩阵,计算得到振动故障隶属度矩阵,由故障隶属度矩阵判断出机组的振动故障的可能原因是上导轴承等部位的间隙过大和机组存在质量不平衡。电站最终通过动平衡处理解决了机组的振动问题。
The runout of upper guide bearing of Unit 1 in Zaoshi Hydropower Station increases gradually and sometimes exceeds the Level-II admissible limit from the commissioning. For solving the problem, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) is used for finding the cause of vibration. After taking the iunouts in upper guide bearing, lower guide bearing and main guide bearing under the rated operation condition as samples, the symptom membership matrix of vibration can be obtained, and then the fuzzy relationship matrix can be established by the method of experts" assess and finally the cause membership matrix of vibration can be achieved. Based on the cause membership matrix, the conclusion can be drawn that the possible causes are excessive gap of upper guide bearing and unit mass unbalance. The vibration is finally solved by dynamic balance test.
