摘要
以风电场出力短期预测和电网提供的旋转备用容量为依据,提出了一种风电抽水蓄能并网发电调度策略。在建立系统数学模型的基础上,进行了仿真试验,讨论了电网旋转备用容量大小变化对风电抽水蓄能并网系统性能的影响。通过3种不同特征风速样本的对比仿真试验,分析了抽水蓄能并网系统在不同特征风速下的运行差异。仿真结果表明,所提出的调度策略有效、可行。
Based on the short-term forecast of wind farm output and the spinning reserve capacity of grid, an operation scheduling strategy for wind power and pumped-storage power system is proposed. After establishing the mathematical model, the simulation tests are conducted and the impacts of grid spinning reserve capacity on the performances of wind power and pumped-storage power system are studied. By comparing the simulations of three typical wind speeds, the differences of pumped-storage power operation are analyzed. The simulating results show that the proposed scheduling strategy is effective and feasible.
