摘要
本文研究了煅烧温度、保温时间、原料细度及球磨工艺对煅烧精细高岭土白度和粒度的影响。结果表明,在1050℃下煅烧3 h后磨细,可以得到白度为90.12,粒度(d50)为2.8μm的精细高岭土。并研究了煅烧温度和时间对产物物相和显微形貌的影响。
The effects of calcination temperature,calcination time,grain size of raw material and grinding on the white degree and particle size of the fine calcined kaolin were studied.The results indicated that calcined at 1050 ℃ for 3 h and then grinded,fine calcined kaolin with white degree of 90.12 and particle size（d50） of 2.8 μm was obtained.The effect of calcination temperature and time on the phase composition and morphology of the products was also studied.
