塑料改性用有机膨润土制备技术及应用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用不同的有机改性剂制备出有机膨润土(OMMT),并用所制备的有机膨润土分别制备出PU/OMMT、PBT/OMMT、PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料。经对复合材料力学性能分析结果表明:用N-烷基氨基酸改性膨润土所制备PU/OMMT、PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料性能最佳;用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性膨润土所制备PBT/OMMT纳米复合材料性能最佳。 In this paper,different organic modifier is used to prepare organic bentonite(OMMT),and the organic bentonite is used to prepare PU/OMMT,PBT/OMMT,PA6/OMMT nano composite materials respectively.Based on the analysis of the mechanical properties of composite material,it indicate that the best proporties of PU/OMMT,PA6 / OMMT are got by the N-alkyl amino acid modifying bentonite.The best proporties of PBT/OMMT are got by cetyl three methyl brominated ammonium modifying bentonite.
