摘要
以煤矸石为主要原料,辅以组分氧化物调节配方,采用固相反应在低温下合成了堇青石陶瓷粉体,并利用XRD、SEM对试样进行表征。实验结果表明,以50%的煤矸石辅以50%的组分氧化物配料,在1150~1250℃下煅烧3~5 h,合成了形貌不规则的颗粒状堇青石陶瓷粉体;其中,在1200℃保温时间4 h合成的粉体粒度分布相对均匀,粒径约20μm。煤矸石中的杂质可以降低堇青石陶瓷粉体的合成温度,同时也产生了少量二次镁铝尖晶石杂相。
Cordierite ceramic powders were prepared using gangue as main raw material and adjusting formulation via component oxides by solid state reaction at low temperature.The samples of powder were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that cordierite ceramic powder can be synthesized by calcining the mixture of 50% gangue and 50% component oxides at 1150-1250 ℃ for 3-5 h and its morphology is irregular granular.When the sample was calcined at 1200 ℃ for 4 h,the distribution of particle size is relatively uniform and its size is about 20 μm.The synthesis temperature can be decreased and a little of secondary spinel phase can also be existed because of the impurities in gangue.
