Simultaneous determination of zeranol and its analogs in milk and powder milk by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity clean-up column

采用高效液相色谱法检测牛奶和奶粉中的6种玉米赤霉醇及其类似物,该方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高。样品用乙腈提取,经免疫亲和柱净化后,用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器检测。结果表明,牛奶和奶粉中添加6种玉米赤霉醇及其类似物回收率均为80%~110%,变异系数均小于12%。

This work reports a precise, reliable and sensitive multi-residue method for the simultaneous determination of zeranol and its analogs in milk and powered milk by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile. After cleaned up by the immunoattinity column, the analytes were detected by HPLC-UV. The recoveries of six analogs were all in the range of 80%-110%, and the RSDs were less than 12%.
