摘要
结合永宁高速公路曾家顶小净距隧道施工实例,详细介绍了隧道进出口Ⅴ级围岩段的3台阶结合环形开挖留核心土的综合开挖工法、Ⅳ级围岩段的台阶法施工及光面控制爆破、中夹岩的加固等施工技术;并针对出口浅埋段进行的地表沉降数值模拟与现场监控量测,分析探讨了地表位移变形特征和开挖支护工法的合理性。所取得的经验和成果可为类似工程的设计、施工和进一步研究提供参考。
Based on the construction practices used for the Zengjiading Tunnel on the Yong-Ning Expressway, which is characterized by parallel tunnels separated by a thin pillar, this article introduces: the three-bench excavation method with core soil reserved for surrounding rock of grade V, the bench construction method, the smooth eontrolled blasting technique and the shared rock reinforcing technique for surrounding rock of grade IV. It also explores the displacement and deformation features of the ground and the practicality of excavation and supporting methods through numerical simulation and monitoring of the surface settlement of the shallow-buried section. This article provides valuable background for the design and construction of similar projects and further studies.
