《中国图书馆分类法》(第5版)若干时代类目问题探讨

Discussion on Problems of Some Age Categories in Chinese Library Classification(5th Edition)

《中国图书馆分类法》(以下简称《中图法》)(第5版)合理调整、完善了类目体系,适应了社会发展和科学进步的要求,但是在一些细节上仍然存在不足,尤其是部分有关时代的类目,如"国际时代表"和"中国时代表"中的部分类目与主表的"J110.9艺术史、艺术思想史"等类目在配号、类名、起讫年代方面存在不一致现象。针对上述问题,在《中图法》(第5版)修订时,国家图书馆《中图法》编辑委员会应对其统一规范类名、统一配号、统一起止年代,以进一步完善类目体系。

Chinese Library Classification（CLC）（5th edition）has reasonably improved the category system, has Satisfied requirements of the development of society and the advancement of science, but it still exists deficiencies in some detailed parts, especially the part on age categories, such as inconsistencies in category names, category numbers and start-stop time between ＂International Age Classification Table＂, ＂Chinese Age Classification Table＂ and the category of ＂J110.9 Art History, Art Ideas History＂ in CLC（5th edition）.Therefore, the editorial committee of CLC should unify category names, category numbers and start-stop time when CLC （5th edition） is revised, in order to improve the category system.
