术中超声辅助下经脑沟颅内深部海绵状血管瘤的显微外科切除 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨术中超声实时定位在海绵状血管瘤手术中的应用价值.方法 26例颅内深部海绵状血管瘤患者开颅后,应用术中超声对病灶进行实时定位,选择合适的脑沟切除病变,同时用超声判断病灶切除的程度.结果 病变定位准确,26例颅内海绵状血管瘤均完整切除,无相关的神经系统并发症,术后随方均恢复良好,影像学证实均未复发.结论 术中超声可在术中对病变精确定位,有效地引导手术进程,提高手术的安全性,减少手术并发症,有广泛的应用前景. Objective To explore the value of intraoperative real - time Ultrasound examination in resection of intracranial deep cavernous hemangioma along cerebral sulci.Methods Intraoperative Ultrasound was used for locating the lesion among 26 cases after craniotomy,the lesion was resected through cerebral sulci and the degree of resection was evaluated.Results The lesions were found accurately.All cavernous hemangioma were removed.There was no operation -related neurological complication.The patients recovered well.There was no recurrence during the postoperative follow - up period.Conclusions Intraoperative Ultrasound could locate intracranial lesions accurately and guide the operation.It could reduce the operative complication and may have wide application prospect.
