脑胶质瘤干细胞巢的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发肿瘤，约占颅内原发肿瘤的一半。虽然胶质瘤很少发生远处转移，但是它们能侵袭性生长入正常的脑组织中，手术难以完整切除，放疗和化疗也只能延缓肿瘤的复发，不能根治肿瘤。因此，迫切需要寻求一些新的治疗方法，
