摘要
采用EO20PO70EO20(P123)作为模板剂,通过溶胶-凝胶-程序升温溶剂热一步法将金属氧化物ZnO掺杂到TiO2-ZrO2二元体系中,经过450℃煅烧,制备了三元纳米半导体复合材料ZnO/TiO2-ZrO2。通过X-射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附测定、透射电子显微镜以及扫描电镜配合X-射线能量色散谱仪等测试手段对合成材料的组成、结构及形貌进行了表征。结果表明,该复合材料中存在钛锆氧化物,具有介孔结构。复合材料颗粒分布较均匀,结构较规整,表面具有一定的缺陷。以甲基橙为模型分子,探讨了所合成的复合材料的微波辅助光催化降解能力,发现其的光催化活性高于TiO2-ZrO2和市售P25,90 min内微波辅助光催化降解率可达92.2%。
The three-component nano-composite ZnO/TiO2-ZrO2 was prepared by doping ZnO into binary-system TiO2-ZrO2 through calcined at 450℃ with a sol-gel-temperature solvothermal process in the presence of surfactant EO20PO70EO20(P123).The phase composition,structures and morphologies of as-prepared nanocomposites were characterized by XRD,transmission TEM,N2 adsorption-desorption tests and SEM assisted X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results showed that the material prepared possesses mesoporous structure,well distribution,regular morphologies,and existing titanium-zirconium oxide,and rough surface with some surface defects.Its behavior of microwave assisted photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution was investigated.The results indicated that the methyl orange was degraded by 92.2% within 90 min,which means its photocatalytic activity is better than that of P25 and TiO2-ZrO2.
