摘要
通过对菲涅尔透镜进行微注塑过程模拟仿真,并结合正交实验,综合评价了各个微注塑参数对菲涅尔透镜成型质量的影响。利用加权算术平均法确定了各个微注塑参数对菲涅尔透镜收缩率和翘曲的综合影响排序,并得到菲涅尔透镜微注塑的最佳工艺参数组合。在仿真分析的结果上,通过实际微注塑实验,评价了菲涅尔透镜制品的质量,并比较了微注塑模拟仿真与实际微注塑过程的异同。结果表明,通过实际实验得到的最佳工艺参数与模拟仿真得到的最佳工艺参数十分接近,而注塑参数影响排序存在着一定的差异。
A simulation was used to analyze the process of micro injecting molding for fresnel lens,combining with the orthogonal experiment,the influences of technological parameters on the molding quality were discussed.The influence sequences of technological parameters on shrinkage and warpage of fresnel lens were also insured by weighted average method,as well as the optimized process parameter combination was obtained.Base on the result of simulation,a micro injection molding practicality experiment was conducted.The quality of lens was estimated and the differences between simulation and practicality experiment were also compared.The results indicated that the optimization parameters gained by simulation and practicality experiment were similitude,but the influence sequences of technological parameters were different.
