摘要
对比了两步法挤出造粒的无卤阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)与一步法挤出造粒的无卤阻燃增强PBT的力学性能、阻燃性能、电性能。结果表明,在相同配方条件下,两者的综合力学性能相当;但两步法的无卤阻燃增强PBT的电性能和阻燃性能明显优于一步法。
The mechnical properties,flame-retardancy property,electricity property of self-made halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced polyethylene terephthalate(PBT) prepared by two step extrusion was compared with PBT prepared by one step extrusion.The results showed that the mechnical properties of PBT perepared by two step and one step were equivalent at the same composition.The electrical property and flame-retardant property of PBT prepared by two step was obviously better than PBT prepared by one step.
