摘要
日本国际交流基金以"用日语促进彼此的理解"为理念,开发出一套日语教育、学习、评估的参考标准《JF日语教育Standard 2010》(以下简称JF标准)。这套标准的开发首次以"使用日语能够胜任和完成什么任务?"(Can-do Statements)为语言技能的划分标准,强调日语学习者使用学习档案(Portfolio)记录和保存各自学习过程的重要性。笔者认为,JF标准的出台,为身处不同环境的日语教育者和学习者提供了共通的参考标准和评价尺度,通过这一工具,可以进一步较为全面地了解和衡量教和学的水平。本文围绕JF标准的理念及内容、JF标准对中国日语教育的影响和挑战以及该标准在课堂教学实践中的运用,探讨该标准的实施将会对今后中国的日语教学和评价体系带来怎样的影响和触动。
In the light of the "Japanese for mutual understanding" ideal, Japan Foundation spent five years to develop the "JF Standard" as a tool to help think about teaching, learning, and assessment in Japanese -language education. The JF Standard illustrates the proficiency in Japanese by using a set of sentences that describe what the learner "can do" in Japanese which are based on the language proficiency levels, and emphasizes the importance of using portfolio to keep and record the learners' learning process. However, how may the JF Standard influence Japanese - language education in China? This paper discusses this issue based on three points: 1 ) the concept and content of JF Standard; 2) the impact of the JF Standard on Japanese -language education in China and its challenges ; 3 ) the application of the JF Standard to practice in class.
