摘要
研究了二元乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸酐(EPM-g-MAH)对尼龙66(PA66)的增韧作用,以及对PA66/EPM的增容效果,探讨了PA66/EPM-g-MAH体系的形态结构和PA66/EPM/EPM-g-MAH体系的结晶性能。结果表明,随EPM-g-MAH用量增加,PA66/EPM-g-MAH和PA66/EPM/EPM-g-MAH共混物的冲击强度增加,PA66/EPM/EPM-g-MAH共混物的熔融和结晶温度下降。与PA66/EPM相比,PA66/EPM-g-MAH体系的相容性提高。
Effects of EPM-g-MAH on the toughness of PA66 and on the compatibi- lization of PA66/EPM blends were investigated. The morphological structure and crystallizability of the blend systems were also discussed. The results show that the impact strengthes of PA66 blend systems are improved with the addition of EPM-g-MAH. The melt temperatures and degree of crystallization are lower than the former, and the compatibilization of PA66/EPM-g-MAH blend system is enhanced.
