分析研究了注塑机节能技术的应用和发展的趋势。结果认为,液压差动、循环的回油能源再生利用技术主要应用于锁模油缸,利用蓄能器来降低溢流量的节能技术主要应用于超大型注塑机;注塑机能量再生利用技术提高了能量的利用率,根据各种注塑机的实际情况,应用和研发能源再生利用的新技术、新结构、新工艺,使注塑机节能技术达到一个新水平。
