厂坝4500t/d铅锌选矿系统设计及应用研究

摘要 厂坝铅锌矿地处甘肃省陇南西成矿带,自1988年采选1000 t/d系统建成投产后,经过多年的生产建设2,005年达到3500 t/d;2008年"5.12"汶川大地震,厂坝铅锌矿也遭受严重破坏,为确保安全生产,同年7月,在可研论证的基础上,白银有色集团股份有限公司决定实施选矿系统灾后重建2,008年11月,项目建设全面启动,2010年10月正式投料运行。试运行期间全流程考察连续19个班,在原矿品位(Pb+Zn=5.1%)较设计品位(Pb+Zn=6.5%)低1.4个百分点的情况下,取得了铅精矿含铅57.22%,铅回收率为75.93%;锌精矿含锌53.28%,锌回收率为80.08%的较好指标。 Changba lead-zinc plant is located in the West ore zone of Longnan Gansu province.The 1000 t/d system of mining and mineral processing was put into operation in 1988.After several years′construction,the scale of production reached to 3500 t/d in 2005.During the Wenchuan earthquake(5.12) in 2008,the plant suffered significant losses,in order to ensure the safety of production of the lead-zinc plant,Baiyin nonferrous metals group Co.Ltd had implemented the reconstruction project of mineral processing systems(4500 t/d) which was based on the scientific argumentation in July 2008.The reconstruction project started in November 2008 and put to operation officially in October 2010.During the inspection on the test run,ore grade(Pb+Zn=5.1%) was 1.4 percents lower than the design grade(Pb + Zn=6.5%).In this case,the cumulative results of the whole process in 19 classes obtained a lead concentrate containing lead of 57.22%,with lead recovery of 75.93% and zinc concentrate containing zinc of 53.28%,with zinc recovery of 80.08%.
