数控高频感应弯板成型设备曲板成型数据库系统开发研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对数控高频感应弯板加工工艺的特点和实际生产的具体要求,结合计算机技术和数据库技术,在探明弯板加工工艺的基础之上,前台运用面向对象的并运行于.NET Framework之上的高级程序设计语言C#语言,后台则采用MySQL 6.0建立数据库,开发了高频感应曲板成形设备的曲板成形数据库管理系统,实现从Tribon数据库中获得每一块加工的板的原始数据,记录并保存加工工艺参数数据,并且实现板的比较、形成数控指令、以及表格、文本及图形显示等功能,旨在收集和总结技术工人熟练的加工经验,快速确定出弯板加工的工艺参数,从而大大提高产品质量、效率和生产安全性. The curve plate forming database management system which is applied into high-frequency curved plate forming equipment is developed according to the charater of the technology of CNC high-frequency induction processing of bending plate and the requirements of actual production,combining computer technology with database technology and the application of the object-oriented high-level programming language C# which run in the.net Framework in foreground and the background MySQL 6.0 database,both of which are based on the familiarity of the craft of the bending plate processing.With the help of the system,it is feasible to get the raw data of the bending plate being processing from the Tribon database and save the processing craft parameter data.Besides,The system makes it possible to realize the comparisons of the bending plates,form CNC instructions,display text and graphics.All of the functions mentioned help to summarize technical workers’ skilled processing experiences and determine the parameters for processing bending plates so it is natural that the quality,effiency as well as the safety of the product are highly improved.
