我国林业产业协会发展调查研究——以主要林业省区食用菌产业技术协会为例

Study on Development of Forestry Industry Association in China——A Case of Professional Technology Association of Mushroom Industry in Main Forestry Producing Regions

据食用菌产业技术协会的调研数据，分析了当前我国林业产业协会发展现状。具体表现在，协会设立时间较短，管理机构不够健全，内部运行不够规范；协会规模较小，入社会员较少，辐射力有限；协会的管理者缺乏必要的激励和监督机制，协会与成员间的利益连接不太紧密，关系较松散；协会同农民合作层次较低。合作领域不够宽广，服务形式侧重产前产中；有关部门对发展协会重要性的认识还不够，缺乏长期、科学的产业发展规划。提出积极引导协会步人规范化发展轨道、加强协会与成员间的联系，进一步完善激励机制、拓展协会服务领域、加大对协会发展的扶持力度是培育壮大食用菌产业技术协会的有效途径。

This paper used the survey data about mushroom industry technology association,analyzed the current situation of Cbina＇s new style of peasants＇economic cooperation organization.Analysis results show that：development momentum of mushroom industry technology association is good at present, but the development level of forestry industry association in different areas is unbalanced.The association established in short time, managing organization are not perfect,internal operation are not standard, scale of association are small, the social member are less, radiation also limited;lack of necessary incentive and supervision mechanism to manager, then the relationship between association and members are not very closely; the level of peasant combined with association are low,the cooperation areas are narrow and services pattern which association support are focusing on antenatal and postpartum; relevant departments lack of recognition of the importance of association,so many association lack of scientific industry development planning. Generally speaking,actively guide association into the track of devel- opment;strengthening standardization of association and the linkage between association and members,perfect the incentive mechanism;expand associations＇ service field;do a good development planning;intensify the support strength to the development of association is effective way to foster and strengthen mushroom industrial technology association.
