激光光子复合治疗酒渣鼻

Effect Observation of the Combination Therapy of Intense Pulsed Light and Long Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser in Treatment of Rosacea

目的:探讨强脉冲光结合激光治疗酒渣鼻毛细血管扩张的疗效。方法:自2008年9月至201 1年10月,采用540、420 nm强脉冲光及长脉冲1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光对50例伴有/不伴有丘疹、脓疱的毛细血管扩张型酒渣鼻患者进行治疗。根据患者面部的皮肤类型及毛细血管扩张程度,选择适当的治疗参数,其中540nm强脉冲光能量密度13～16 J/cm^2;长脉冲1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光能量60～100 mJ,治疗1～6次,平均2.93次,每次治疗间隔1个月。以420 nm强脉冲光治疗炎性丘疹,能量密度7～12 J/cm^2。结果:治疗后随访3～6个月,治愈率24.00%,总有效率92.00%。无不良反应发生。结论:采用540、420 nm强脉冲光结合长脉冲1 064 nm Nd:YAG激光复合治疗伴有/不伴有丘疹、脓疱的酒渣鼻毛细血管扩张其疗效确切,效果满意。

Objective：To observe and study the effects and the methods in combination therapy with intense pulsed light（IPL） and Laser on treatment of facial Telangiectasia of rosacea.Methods：Combined with the 540nm、420nm IPL and the 1064nm LP Nd：YAG Laser to treat the 50 patients with facial telaniectasia of rosacea from Sep.2008 to Dec.2011.We chose proper pulse width and energy output according to skin type and vascular diameter.The IPL wavelength was 540 nm,energy density was13～16 J/cm^2.The energy of 1 064 nm LP Nd：YAG Laser was 60～100 mJ.50 patients were treated 1 to 6 times and average 2.93 times,with 4 weeks intervals.420nm IPL for the inflammatory lesions,energy density was 7～12 J/cm^2.Results：After 3~6 months follow-up,the cure rate was 24%,the total effective rate was 92%,and no complication occurred.Conclusion：satisfactory effects are archived and this therapy has been an simple,safe,reliable treatment of facial telangiectsia of rosacea combined with 540nm、420 nm IPL and 1 064 nm LP Nd：YAG Laser.
