摘要
针对某任务中的厢式公路运输车的舱门使用情况,通过力学分析,专门设计了一种扭杆弹簧用于后门的开启和关闭。该扭杆弹簧可使舱门翻转至水平状态,即舱门旋转时,其扭力矩与舱门产生的重力矩可保持平衡,方便产品装卸;在开启和关闭舱门过程中,该扭杆弹簧可使在单根手把上施加垂直于舱门方向上的最大力最小。
With respect to the operation condition of a truck's hatch door in a certain task,by carrying out mechanics analysis,a kind of torsion bar spring is specially designed to open and close the back door.The torsion bar spring can cause the hatch door to turn in horizontal state,it means when the hatch door revolves over 90°,the moment of which can keep a balance with the gravity of the hatch door,convenient for product load and unload.During the hatch door open or close,the torsion bar spring can make the max force least which is applied on the single handgrip perpendicular to the hatch door.
