组织芯片检测肝细胞癌中Ezrin蛋白的表达、定位及意义

摘要
膜细胞骨架连接蛋白Ezrin与包括肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）在内的多种肿瘤的增殖、侵袭力、转移、临床预后有密切关系。我们利用组织芯片技术检测HCC及癌旁良性组织中Ezrin蛋白的表达，探讨在HCC及癌旁良性组织中表达的亚细胞定位特点、与临床病理因素的相关性及临床意义。
