成人颈根部囊性淋巴管瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者，女，75岁，因无意中发现左颈根部肿物10d入院。无呼吸困难、声音嘶哑及饮水呛咳等症状。查体：甲状腺左叶下极靠外侧可及一4cm×3cm大小肿物，质软，边界清，表面光滑，活动度可，无压痛，与皮肤无粘连。
