摘要
采用本体聚合法制备了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯(MMA-BA)无规共聚物。考察了引发剂、单体配比对聚合物材料力学、光学及其他性能的影响。借助氢谱核磁共振、动态力学分析、扫描电子显微镜对共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征分析。结果表明,随着BA含量的增加,共聚物的损耗模量降低,链段的内摩擦阻力减小,链段运动能力加强;当MMA/BA配比为75/25(质量比,下同)时,材料的冲击强度提高了43%,同时透光率保持在92%以上。
In this paper, random copolymer of methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate was prepared via bulk polymerization. The influences of concentration of initiator, monomer ratio on the mechanical, optical, and other properties were investigated. The structure and properties of copolymers were characterized using ^1H NMR, DMA, and SEM. With the increasing content of butyl acrylate, the loss modulus decreased. When the content of butyl acrylate was 25%, the impact strength increased by 43 %, while light transmission remained at 92 %.
