聚乙二醇对聚乳酸/糯米粉共混物性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用天然可降解糯米粉作为填料、以聚乙二醇(PEG)作为增塑剂,制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/糯米粉共混物,并研究了糯米粉及PEG含量对共混物力学性能、微观形态和吸水率的影响。结果表明,糯米粉的加入提高了PLA的吸水率,却降低了其力学性能;随着PEG含量的增加,PLA/糯米粉共混物的冲击强度先增大后减小,当PEG含量为12%(质量分数,下同)时,共混物的冲击强度达到最高22.8kJ/m2,较纯PLA提高了近4倍,共混物的吸水率也明显提高;随着PEG含量的增加,糯米粉和PLA的相容性提高。 Blends of poly (lactide acid) (PLA), glutinous rice flour, and poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) were prepared and studied. Glutinous rice flour increased the water absorption of PLA, but reduced its mechanical properties. The impact strength of the composites first increased then decreased as the amount of PEG increased, and showed a maximum of 22. 8 kJ/m^2 when PEG amount was 12%, which was 4 times of that of neat PLA. With increasing PEG content, the compatibility between glutinous rice flour and PLA increased.
