催化裂化回炼油溶剂精制新工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以炼厂催化裂化回炼油为原料,选取一种胺类复合溶剂作萃取剂,可有效分离重质油中的芳烃组分和可裂化组分。考察了抽提温度、剂油比和萃取时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明:在抽提温度为60℃,剂油比为2∶1,萃取时间30min时,原料油的分离效果较好。在此条件下,抽提油收率达到79.03%,其中芳香烃组分的质量分数达87.58%,可作芳烃型橡胶软化剂的调和原料。抽余油中饱和烃质量分数达66.01%,具有良好的催化裂化性能。 A new amide compound solvent was used to separate the aromatic hydrocarbon fraction and the cracking fraction of the recycle oil in a fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit. The influences of extraction temperature, ratio of solvent to oil and extraction time on the product yield were investigated. The optimal separating conditions were obtained as follows, extraction temperature 60℃, ratio of solvent to oil 2 : 1 and extraction time 30 rain. Under these conditions, the yield of the extract oil was 79.03 ; with 87. 58 % of aromatic hydrocarbons in it. The extract oil can be used as the blending component of the aromatic rubber softener oil. The raffinate oil, With 66.01; of saturated hydrocarbons, exhibits good FCC performance and can be used as FCC feedstock.
