上海防汛信息采集系统遥测组网实用化研究

摘要 从水情自动测报系统工程在特大型城市应用的角度出发,通过对公网专线、VHF混合组网技术在城市防汛应用的适用性和应用方法的分析及比较,结合上海城市防汛信息系统建设中的遥测通信采用公网专线加VHF单频组网的成功案例,提出针对城市防汛的特点,利用公网专线和专网的不同特点,形成优势互补,使之成为分层分级的统一系统的技术观点。 From the viewpoint of application of automatic system for hydrological data acquisition and transmission in large city,through an analysis on and comparison between the adaptability of and application methods for using special lines via public network and VHF mixed networking technology,combing with the successful case of applying networking method of special lines via public network integrated with VHF single frequency networking at the construction of Shanghai municipal flood control information system,the article puts forward technical viewpoint that establishing an unified system with complementary advantages and by different levels should take full consideration on different characteristics of special lines via public network and special network,and features of municipal flood control as well.
