摘要
简要介绍了日本正式投入批量生产的７００系列车的开发研制情况，并在３００系列车的基础上，对７００ 系列车的高性能及新的改进等情况作了介绍。
The development of the 700 series trains which have been manufactured in batch process in Japan is introduced briefly.And on the basis of the 300 series trains,the high grade performance and new improvement,etc.on the 700 series trains are described.
