摘要
通过建立结构分析模型,对采用悬臂浇筑法施工的某连续刚构桥进行分析计算。给出了确定立模标高的理论计算式,简单分析了影响立模标高的因素,指出应以实测标高数据为依据,不断调整,才能最终确定合理的立模标高。通过分析某节段的实测标高值,可知浇筑施工和预应力钢筋张拉都会影响到邻近节段的实际标高,即使是已浇筑完成的结构,挠度也会受到后续节段施工的影响;故应根据现场反馈地数据进行不断地优化调整,以保证成桥线形和应力与设计要求相吻合。
Through building a structure analysis model,a continuous rigid bridge by use of cantilever grouting method is researched and calculated.The theoretical formula is given to determine the model elevation and the related influencing factors are analyzed briefly.The reasonable model elevation has been determined finally which should be on the basis of practical elevation data and be adjusted accordingly.After an analysis of a practical elevation value of some segment,both grouting construction and prestressed steel bar tensioning will impact the practical elevation of the near segment.Otherwise,the deflection of the structure grouted will also be influenced by the subsequent segment construction,so it should be optimized and adjusted continuously according to the field feedback to ensure the bridge linear and stress meet with the design requirement.
