原水管下大型顶管清障对接施工技术

Construction Technology of Large-type Pipe-jacking Obstacle Clearing Butt Jointing under Raw Water Pipe

在顶管施工过程中遇到障碍物是较为常见、也是较为棘手的问题。介绍了上海西干线改造工程中DN2200钢筋混凝土顶管穿越既有原水管下钢筋混凝土桩的处理方法。实施过程主要包括对原接收井的加固改造、对接区土体隔水加固、既有原水管道的保护、反顶清障等,从而实现地下对接。结果表明,采用外部注浆和内部清障相结合的方法,可达到隔水加固的目的,施工安全有效。

During pipe-jacking construction,it is common that the pipe-jacking tool is encountered with obstacles,which is a trouble.Taking Shanghai West Pipe renovation project for example,the treatment method is introduced about DN2200 reinforced concrete pipe-jacking crossing the reinforced concrete pile under existed raw water pipe.The related process includes strengthening & remolding of the existed receive well,water resisting & solidification of soil body in butt jointing area,protecting the existed raw water pipe and obstacle clearing,etc.,which have realized butt jointing underground.The results show that the combined method of external grouting and internal clearing of obstacles can reach water-resisting and soil solidification with construction safety and effect.
