摘要
预应力工程是保证桥梁结构安全的最为重要的工序之一。为了解决目前预应力张拉存在的诸多问题,减少人为干扰因素,提高加载和测量的精度,实现张拉全过程的可追溯性,通过大量试验和不断修正完善,研制出了1种新型的张拉设备——SPB-A型全自动智能张拉设备。经实际张拉应用,证明了该设备能够自动、精准、智能地进行预应力张拉全过程。
Prestressed engineering is one of the most important process which can ensure the security of the bridges.Through a lot of tests and continuous improvements,a new SPB-A automatic intelligent tensioning equipment is developed which can solve the current problems of prestressed tensioning and can reduce the human interference factors and can improve the precision of loading and measurement to realize the traceability of the whole tensioning.After the practical application,the equipment is proved to have completed the whole prestressed tensioning automatically,precisely,and intelligently.
