警察名誉权保障问题探析

警察在执行职务过程中应当享有名誉权,这有充分的法律及理论依据。当前侵害警察名誉权行为频发的原因在于警民关系的不和谐,媒体对警察的片面报道,警察机关内部维权不够到位,个别民警违法乱纪给警察队伍带来负面影响等,要从这几方面入手深化警察名誉权保障机制建设。

The police on duty shall enjoy the right of reputation,which has full legal and theoretical basis.The cause for frequent tort on police reputation is that the relationship between police and the public is not harmonious,the media one-sidedly report the police,police agencies＇ protection of police rights is not in place,the individual police break the law and bring negative effect on the police team.We should deepen the mechanism construction of protecting police reputation right from the above aspects.
