摘要
目的探讨以ELISA法检测发酵茶、植物香料中玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马菌素、黄曲霉毒素(AFB1)、赭曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)、T-2毒素的可行性及污染状况。方法采用竞争酶联免疫吸附法,检测发酵茶、植物香料中玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马菌素、黄曲霉毒素、赭曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、T-2毒素。结果玉米赤霉烯酮浓度为40.0~1 000.0μg/kg之间的变异系数为1.5%~6.5%,回收率为87.5%~111.1%,r=0.998;伏马菌素浓度为0.25~5.0mg/kg之间的变异系数为2.0%~6.5%,回收率为90.0%~107.2%,r=0.992;黄曲霉毒素浓度为1.0~20.0μg/kg之间的变异系数为2.2%~7.8%,回收率为85.0%~115.0%,r=0.997;赭曲霉毒素浓度为2.0~40.0μg/kg之间的变异系数为1.8%~7.0%,回收率为87.5%~120.0%,r=0.998;脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇浓度为0.25~5.0 mg/kg之间的变异系数为1.5%~8.0%,回收率为90.0%~110.0%,r=0.996;T-2毒素含量浓度为75.0~500.0μg/kg之间的变异系数为2.8%~7.5%,回收率为86.6%~106.6%,r=0.996。结论ELISA法检测发酵茶、植物香料中玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马菌素、黄曲霉毒素、赭曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、T-2毒素简便快速。建议日常工作中先以ELISA法筛选,阳性样品再以液相色谱—质谱联用仪分析法、薄层法进行确证实验。
Objective To probe into the feasibility of detecting zearalenone,fumonisin,aflatoxin,ochratoxin,deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin in fermented tea and plant perfume by ELISA.Methods The competitive ELISA was used to detect contamination of zearalenone,fumonisin,aflatoxin,ochratoxin,deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin in fermented tea and plant perfume.Results The concentrtations of zearalenone,fumonisin,aflatoxin,ochratoxin,deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin in fermented tea and plant perfume were in the range of 40.0~1000.0μg/kg,1.0~20.0μg/kg,1.0~20.0μg/kg,2.0~40.0μg/kg,0.25~5.0 mg/kg and 75.0~500.0μg/kg with recovery in the range of 87.5%~111.1%,90.0%~107.2%,85.0%~115.0%,87.5%~120.0%,90.0%~110.0% and 86.6%~106.6%.Conclusion ELISA is suitable for rapid detection of mycotoxin in fermented tea and plant perfume.
