let-7家族在肿瘤研究中的进展及前景 被引量:4

摘要 微小RNAs(micro RNAs,miRNAs)是一类长18~25个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA,在转录水平调控基因表达,与目标mRNA结合抑制蛋白的翻译,参与细胞增殖、分化和死亡。人let-7家族为miRNAs的一种,有13位成员,位于9个不同的染色体位点,许多恶性肿瘤往往失去let-7家族的表达调控作用,因此,let-7家族被视为抑癌基因。因能调控细胞的终末期分化及凋亡,恢复let-7家族的表达在癌症的治疗中是有意义的。作者对let-7家族在肿瘤研究中的进展及前景进行了综述。
