摘要
为了提高PE的高速加工性、耐应力龟裂性、冲击强度、耐热性等,采用改性来实现。聚乙烯加工改性母料可以清除熔体破裂,减少模口积垢现象(即"鲨鱼现象)",改变塑料的熔度性能,使更坚硬、更坚韧树脂顺利加工。碳酸钙因为其价格低廉并且性能优异作为改性原料确立了其不可动摇的地位。随着技术与理论的不断发展,CaCO3已由原来单纯的填充剂变为一种新型的功能性填充材料,填充大量的CaCO3不会明显降低制品的性能,有些性能还会大幅度增强。本实验表明,在CaCO3加入量为20%时能使性能达到最佳,加入量过大反而由于团聚现象使性能降低。
In order to improve PE in high-speed processing,stress cracking resistance,impact strength,heat resistance,and so on,modification is used to achieve.Polyethylene modified masterbatch can remove melt fracture,reduce fouling-mouth phenomenon("Shark phenomenon"),the melting of the plastic changes in performance,so that more rigid,more tenacious,smooth resin can be processed.Calcium carbonate has established its status which can not be shaken because of its low price and outstanding performance as a modified raw materials.With the continuous development of technology and theory,CaCO3 which was considered as a simple filler has become a new feature of filling materials,filling a large number of CaCO3 can not only significantly reduce the performance of products,but also several performance will significantly enhance.This study shows that the performance can reach the best when the amount of 20% CaCO3,is added but the performance will degrade with the excessive CaCO3 because of agglomeration.
