摘要
间接的社会环境和直接的产业环境中诸多因素的共同作用构成了省级卫视竞争激烈的产业环境,也成为省级卫视必须扩张发展的内在动因。在竞争激烈的产业环境中致胜,省级卫视必须想方设法获得自己的竞争优势,归根结底就是相对低成本和差异化的优势。参照波特竞争理论中企业获得竞争优势的三种基本战略,再结合省级卫视的产业发展特性,笔者归纳出省级卫视的两种发展战略模式:规模发展战略模式和专业发展战略模式。
Highly competitive industrial environment,produced from the interaction of many factors of indirect and direct environment,was the reason of expansion and development of procincial satellite TV.In order to succeed,the procincial satellite TV must obtain its own advantages,such as low cost and different advantages.Acorrding to three primary strategies of Porter theory and the characteristics of development of procincial satellite TV,two strategic models composed of scale and professional development were summarized;sizing development strategy model and specialty development strategy model.
