摘要
目的:观察婴幼儿喘息性疾病外周血嗜酸性粒细胞中Caspase-3的活性表达,探讨Caspase-3在婴幼儿喘息性疾病外周血嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡中的作用。方法:选取婴幼儿喘息性疾病患儿120例作为试验对象,分别为2个月~1岁组45例,~2岁组35例,~3岁组40例;设健康体检婴幼儿30例作对照组,年龄4个月~3岁。各试验组入选患儿均取空腹静脉抗凝血,分别进行嗜酸性粒细胞计数及嗜酸性粒细胞中Caspase-3活性表达的检测。结果:各试验组与对照组比较,试验组标本中嗜酸性粒细胞明显升高,嗜酸性粒细胞中Caspase-3活性表达水平明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论:喘息性婴幼儿外周血中Caspase-3活性表达水平降低,可能是由于某种因素抑制了凋亡因子的激活,引起外周血嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡减少从而导致外周血嗜酸性粒细胞升高。
Objective: To observe the activity expression of Caspase-3 in peripheral blood eosinophils of infants with asthma and to discuss the function of Caspase-3 in the apoptosis of eosinophils. Methods: 120 infants with asthma were selected as experimental targets and divided into three groups on the basis of infant's age (45 infants whose age range from 2 months to 1 year old, 35 infants from 1 year old to 2 years old, and 40 infants from 2 years old to 3 years old). Another 30 healthy infants from 4-month to 3 years old were control. Each case extracted blood against coagulation from the vein of each infant with an empty stomach was to count eosinophils and examine Caspase-3 activity in eosino- phils respectively. Results: Numbers of eosinophils in the experimental groups were increased significantly compared with the control (P 〈 0.05), while the activity of Caspase-3 in the experimental groups was decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The decrease of the activity of Caspase-3 in peripheral blood eosinophils of infants with asthma may be caused by some factor inhibiting the activation of apoptosis,which results in the decrease of apoptosis of eosinophils and the increase of peripheral blood eosinophils.
