实习护生护患沟通障碍原因分析及改进措施

Analyses of Causes of Communication Barrier between Practice Nurses and Patients and Improvement Strategies

目的:探讨临床实习护生护患沟通障碍原因,制定切实可行的改进措施。方法:选择2009年7月至2011年3月实习护生102人,总结并分析在实习中遇到的各种沟通障碍问题,提出合理改进措施。结果:培养沟通技巧、丰富专业知识、提高操作技能,可有效减少实习护生的护患纠纷。结论:临床实习护生护患沟通的技巧培养非常重要,应引起临床带教老师的高度重视。

Objective： To explore the causes for communication barriers between practice nurses and patients and to develop practical improvement strategies. Methods：The various difficulties encountered in communication by the 102 practice nurses, who studied in our department from July 2009 to March 2011 ,were summarized and analyzed as a result to develop reasonable improvement strategies. Results： To improve communication skills, to obtain more professional knowledge about diseases and to develop operational capability, are the three keys to reduce the disputes between nurses and patients. Conclusion： It is very important for the practice nurses to master the communication skills. It is suggested that the teacher nurses should pay more attention to it.
