左侧锁骨下动脉支架断裂伴支架内血栓形成一例

1病例介绍
患者，女，62岁，因“反复发作性眩晕1个月”于2009年11月14日入我院神经内科。近1个月开始出现反复发作性头晕，每2-3天发作1次，每次持续5min左右，伴视物旋转，无恶心、呕吐，上肢活动后头晕无加重，无肢体活动障碍，与转颈和头位改变无关，遂再次入院。
