Regeneration of Industrial Landscape——Houtong Coal-Mining Museum Park Plan & Design

猴硐煤矿博物园区,位于台湾新北市瑞芳区猴硐地区瑞三整煤厂旧址,是以煤矿为主题的博物馆。煤矿博物园区内工业遗址包括:运煤桥、瑞三矿业整煤厂及其办公室(游客服务中心)与仓库(愿景馆)、猴硐车站、番仔寮机电仓库、瑞三本矿制材所、电车库(柴油机车库)、烘沙室及干部浴室、矿工浴室、旧本坑吊桥遗迹、本矿内寮仔矿工宿舍、猴硐神社等。2004年开始进行矿业遗址修复、环境整备及展示等工程,2010年开园。以生态博物馆(Eco-Museum)概念规划和瑞三整煤厂为博物馆核心设施,结合3个矿坑生产空间、基隆河谷生态地质资源构成的后工业化自然地景(industrial nature)聚落,赋予不同空间定位、发展机制与现有场地展示,来营造猴硐煤矿博物园区景观。

Houtong Coal Mining Museum Park is located at the previous Jui-San Coal Preparation Plant in Ruifang District. New Taipei Cily, Taiwa,. Coal-mlning is the theme of this museum park. There are several industrial heritages within the park. including the Coal Transportation Bridge, the Jui-San Coal Prepartion Plant and its office （Visitors Center） and warehouse （Visiun Hall）, the Coal Transportation Bridge. Hoana-liao Electromechanical Equipment Stooge Facility, the Jui-San Malerials Plant. Locomotive House （Storage shed ffir the Mine Railway Diesel Locomotives）, Sand Drying Building （Exhibition on the Geology and Ecology of the Keelung River Vageyt. Miners＇ Bathhouse （Mining Memorial Hall）, the Old Ben＋keng Suspension Bridge, the Ben-Kuang Lai-lian-a Mineworkers＇ Dormitories and Houtong shrine etc. In 2004. the Houtong CoaI-Minging Museum Park planning slarled with a number of subprojects, tbe industrial heritages renovation, environmental integration and the exhibition plan and design, etc., and then d opened in 2010, The initial park planning concept is ＂Eeo-Museum＂. The Jui-San Coal Preparation Plant as the core facility of the museum is integrated with other thee coal-mining produetion spaces and the ＂industrial nature＂ landscape foxed by the deindustrialition in the Keelung River valley and the existing villages. Each heritage site is given the specific spatial position. development mechanism and site exbibition to complete the Houtong Coal-Mining Museum Park.
