摘要
本文分析了目前医院在绩效管理中普遍存在的现象,介绍并探讨了运用平衡计分卡进行医院绩效管理的设计思路,进一步阐述了运用平衡计分卡进行医院绩效管理应注意的几个问题,指出平衡计分卡是帮助医院执行绩效评价和实现战略目标的有力工具。
This paper analyzed some phenomena commonly found in hospital performance management,introduced a principle in applying balanced scorecard to the performance management for hospital construction.Several issues were further elaborated in hospital balanced scorecard performance management.The implementation of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation has been found effective in facilitating the performance evaluation and achieving strategic objectives in hospitals.
