摘要
目的探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术的临床应用价值。方法对30例临床怀疑为冠心病的患者进行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像,运用最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面组(CPR)及容积再现等技术(VRT)重组图像,以显示冠状动脉各主支及分支;其中,有18例患者同时行常规X线冠状动脉造影检查。结果 MIP、CPR、VRT重组图像都能显示冠状动脉各主支(左冠脉主干、左冠脉前降支、左冠脉回旋支及右冠脉),在同时行两者检查的18例中,常规血管造影显示36支冠脉有不同程度狭窄;而64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像有38支显示不同程度的狭窄,18支冠脉内见软斑块。结论 64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种安全可靠的检查方法,在评价冠状动脉狭窄及冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块等方面有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application of 64-slices spiral CT in coronary artery.Methods Thirsty patients were performed 64-slices CT in coronary artery,maximum intensity projection(MIP),curved planar reconstruction(CPR) and volume rendering technique(VRT) were carried out after coronary artery.18 of the 30 underwent conventional coronary angiography.Results All of the first,most of the second and third,and parts of the fourth subsegment branches could be shown with MIP,CPR and VRT reconstruction images.38 coronary artery branches of 18 patients were found stenosis.36 coronary artery branches stenosis were found in 18 cases with conventional coronary angiography.Conclusion 64-slices spical CT is a valuable method to detect and diagnose the diseases of coronary artery.
