电针“太冲”对轻症酒精性肝损伤大鼠的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture of "Taichong"(LR3) on Liver Function in Mild Alcoholic Liver Injury Rats

目的:观察电针"太冲"穴对轻症酒精性肝损伤大鼠的作用,探讨电针改善轻症酒精性肝损伤的可行性。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、太冲组和非穴组,每组10只。白酒灌胃制造轻症酒精性肝损伤模型。电针治疗组分别电针双侧"太冲"及非穴。用赖氏法检测大鼠肝脏组织中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,同时肝组织行HE染色观察其病理变化。结果:模型组与正常组相比肝脏组织有损伤性改变,同时模型组ALT、AST活性明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。电针"太冲"及非穴后虽然大鼠肝脏病理情况无显著改善,但是电针"太冲"能够明显降低大鼠肝组织ALT、AST活性(P<0.05),而电针非穴组ALT、AST没有明显变化。结论:电针"太冲"对轻症酒精性肝损伤有一定防护作用。

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture（EA） of ＂Taichong＂（LR3） on liver function in rats with mild alcoholic liver injury（MALI） so as to explore the feasibility of acupuncture in improving mild alcoholic liver injury.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into control,model,EA-LR3 and EA-non-acupoint groups（10rats/group）.MALI model was duplicated by intragastric administration of distillate spirit（14mL/kg） for 12 hours.Rats of the control group were fed with the same volume of normal saline.EA（2Hz,6V） was applied to bilateral ＂Taichong＂（LR3） and non-acupoint（the interspace between the 4th and 5th bones of toes in parallel with LR3） for 30min,respectively.At the end of experiments,rats were sacrificed for collecting liver tissues.The activities of alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST） of the liver supernatant were detected by using Lai＇s method.Results IIn comparison with the control group,liver ALT and AST activities in the model group were increased significantly（P0.05）,while in comparison with the model group,liver ALT and AST levels in the EA-LR 3 group were down-regulated remarkably（P0.05）.No significant changes were found in liver ALT and AST level in the EA-non-acupoint group（P0.05）.There was no significant improvement in the pathological changes of liver in the EA-LR 3 and EA-non-acupoint groups.Conclusion EA of ＂Taichong＂（LR3） may reduce distillate-spirit induced mild alcoholic liver injury in rats.
