住院患者健康教育需求的调查分析及效果评价

Health Education Needs of Hospitalized Patients Investigation and Evaluation

目的通过对198例住院患者健康教育需求的调查分析,了解、满足患者对健康教育的需求。方法采用问卷方式,对即将出院的患者进行调查,经统计学处理,反馈相关信息。结果平均百分率为:情感需求占98.9%;信息需求占95.45%;保健及知识需求占97.4%。结论有效的健康教育,有利于尽快消除患者的陌生感,建立安全感和信任感;有利于增强患者自我保护意识,提高自护能力及生存质量,同时,也有利于自身素质的提高。

Objective To knowledge current situation about inpatient health education, so to meet patients＇ health-education demands much better. Methods Questionnaire surveys were made among 198 patients who were going to be discharged, and then parameters were extracted and made statistics analysis. Results Averagely, emotion need rate was 98,9%, information need rate was 95.45%, health care and knowledge need rate was 97.4%. Conclusion Effective health education is help for eliminating patients＇ unfamiliar feelings by setting up trust and safety, enhancing self-protecting consciousness and self-service abilities besides improving their qualities of life, and developing patients＇ whole qualities as well.
