摘要
目的探讨不同浓度三氯异氰尿酸消毒溶液及不同温度条件对噬菌体的灭活率影响。方法分别将浓度为150(A)、150(B)、200(C)、250(D)mg/L的三氯异氰尿酸溶液各4mL与置备好的噬菌体悬液1mL混合,A组中加入小牛上清液,分别观察各组灭活率;将B组剩余混合液分为三组进行10℃(E)、20℃(F)、30℃(G)的温度试验,分别观察灭活率。结果浓度为150(B3)、200(C3)、250mg/L(D3)的消毒液灭活率分别为99.895%、99.998%、100%,随着消毒液浓度的增加,灭活率增大,C3、D3分别与B3比较具有显著差异(χ2=5.96、7.28,P<0.05),C3、D3比较无显著差异(χ2=2.59,P>0.05);150mg/L消毒液加小牛上清液的灭活率为98.574%,明显低于B3,数据经统计学分析具有显著差异(χ2=7.39,P<0.05);10℃灭活率99.794%明显低于20℃灭活率99.995%(χ2=9.78,P<0.05),30℃灭活率99.665%明显低于20℃灭活率99.995%(χ2=8.56,P<0.05)。结论噬菌体是评价三氯异氰酸消毒效果的较好指示病毒,且消毒液浓度越高,其消毒效果越佳,但高温可能通过降低消毒液的浓度而影响消毒效果。
Objective To discuss the effects of phage inactivation rate due to different concentrations of trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) and different temperatures. Methods To separately make 4ml different concentrations of TCCA into lml mixed phage suspension, and the group A was combined with mavericks supernatant. Then to make different temperature condition for the experiment. To observe the inactivation rate. Results The inactivation rate of 150, 200, 250mg/L TCCT were 99.895%, 99.998% and 100%, with the increasing concentration of disinfectant, inactivation rate increased. The inactivation rate of 150mg/L disinfectant combined with mavericks supernatant was 98.574%, which was significantly lower than B3 (P(0.05). The inactivation rate in 10℃(99.794%) was significantly lower than in 20℃(99.995%) (P〈Z0.05), and in 30℃(99.665%) was significantly higher than in 20℃ (P(0.05). Conclusion Phage was a better indication for TCCT disinfection. The higher disinfectant concentration, the better disinfection effects. But high temperature could affect the disinfectant by reducing the concentration of disinfectant.
